Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT was developed by Gary Craig in 1995.  EFT or Tapping can be compared to acupuncture without the needles. It uses the fingertips to tap on certain meridian points. (Meridians in acupuncture and Chinese Medicine are the paths in which vital energy flows. There are 12 meridians associated with the vital organs)

The premise of the modality is the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system whether it is a memory from fear, anxiety, grief, guilt, depression, etc. EFT helps neutralize the emotions attached to the memories. 

Many physical issues are caused or ‘worsened’ by emotional trauma.  By helping relieve the emotional issues the body can better heal itself.  

For each session, we will open the energetic field of Genesis Gateway Integration, the healing energy of creation. RFI Mapping will be performed before and after session in order to track subtle changes within your personal energetic field. 

During your initial EFT session, you will learn the tapping sequence as well as working on some specific issues. The session will run about 2 hours.

Subsequent sessions will run about 2 hours.
